KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Wholesale Partners
  • Prepares samples and information for partner selection meetings
  • Supports and assists Head of in partner selection meetings
  • Collates all relevant product images including campaign imagery to partners
  • Sends product information to partners for seasonal buys including product spec cards
  • Works with buying team to confirm orders
  • Maintains and updates all the master data sheets with partner orders
  • Keeps delivery information updated
  • Sends weekly updates to partners
  • Collates, analyses & distributes weekly sales information internally
  • Analyses seasonal sales data and prepares lessons learned
  • Sends through relevant campaign imagery and samples for marketing campaigns
  • Provides presenters with seasonal buy information packs
Marketplace
  • Works with partners on the ideal product selection
  • Provides all relevant product information to partners
  • Enables product to go live on BlueJay system
  • Maintains and updates master data sheet for product range
  • Analyzes weekly sales information and makes recommendations
General
  • Deputises for the Head of New Business
  • Willing to learn and demonstrates a 'can do' attitude
KNOW-HOW
  • High-level intermediate to advanced user of MS Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Demonstrable creative approach to data collection and presentation
  • Ideal candidate will be e-Commerce aware, ideally coming from a role in buying, merchandising, wholesale or a highly analytical administrative role
