Reinstatement Team Role

As a member of the Reinstatement Team, you will work on various tasks across our contracts. Previous experience with tarmac, Modular & Rigid surfaces work is essential. We seek individuals who take pride in delivering high-quality work on the first attempt.

Your tasks will involve working on public highways, building sites, and private residential land, all in a safe and responsible manner. You will aim to meet client needs cost-effectively, providing technical expertise and working collaboratively to deliver excellent service.

You will engineer on-site solutions and focus your team on completing work right the first time. Collaboration with the scheduling team is vital to ensure programmes are managed and delivered efficiently. You will support effective project completion through communication with internal and external stakeholders and by managing business and client databases.

Key Responsibilities

• Have previous experience in Utility Reinstatement
• Understand site safety protocols and setup, prioritizing welfare for the public and team members
• Utilize Modular+ (smartphone system) and client computer systems for feedback on commercial and reinstatement work
• Coordinate with Support Services and Street Works Teams to manage FPN and Section 74 liabilities, maintaining a right-first-time approach, and ensuring compliance with regulations including NRSWA
• Maintain a customer-focused attitude
• Practice good timekeeping and tool/equipment housekeeping

Experience and Qualifications

• Experience and understanding of the Utility industry
• Full, clean driving license with HGV C1 entitlement
• Awareness of health and safety standards
• Computer literacy with basic software proficiency
• This is a physically demanding role requiring outdoor work in all weather conditions
