Job description

Rate of Pay: £13-14 per hour depending on experience.

Contract: 30/40 hours on a variable basis.

Reporting to: Head of Hospitality.

We have a great opportunity for an approachable, fun and engaging person to lead the White Hart Pub team as Assistant Manager in the delivery of fantastic food, beverage and customer service.

This role would be suitable for someone with previous management experience, or an experienced supervisor looking for their first Hospitality Management role.

Not only will you be working to deliver excellent service in our award-winning pub, but you will also be required to assist with the set-up and delivery of our conferences, events, weddings, and festivals.

Both weekday and weekend work will be required throughout the year as we are welcoming guests 364 days of the year (we close for Christmas Day)! Our standard operating hours are 7am-11.30pm, with extended opening hours for special events.
