Currys PLC in Thetford is hiring a White Goods Engineer (Gas and Non-Gas) on a permanent, full-time basis with a salary of 39,000–42,000. The role involves driving a company van, diagnosing faults, and repairing white goods in customers' homes, while delivering excellent service and building a strong home-services reputation.

You will work within a team that values hands-on learning, customer care, and ongoing professional development.

Formación

• Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with minimal penalty points (≤6).
• ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1) preferred.
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.

Whether you're installing, diagnosing faults or making a vital repair, you'll be on hand with the right skills, right knowledge and plenty of smiles to make sure every experience is a great one.

Role responsibilities:

• Driving your company van and managing your own day effectively (as you'll work mainly on your own).
• Testing, diagnosing and fixing white goods in our customers' homes.
• Providing and implementing technical knowledge across a range of white goods appliances.
• Building up our reputation as a home services expert.

Key requirements:

• Proven experience in White Goods repairs.
• Full UK/EU driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Ideally (but not essential) ACS Qualifications (or equivalent) in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1).
• Passion for delivering excellent customer service.
