Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 basic + uncapped bonus (OTE up to £50,000+)

About The Role

Join Pacifica, one of the UK's leading domestic appliance repair specialists. As a White Goods Engineer, you'll deliver exceptional customer service while diagnosing and repairing washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, fridge/freezers, and electric cookers in customers' homes across Norwich and surrounding areas. Enjoy pre-planned routes, uncapped bonuses, and full manufacturer training from Electrolux, AEG, LG, Hisense, and more.

What You'll Do

• Diagnose and repair at least 4 core household appliances
• Deliver professional, customer-focused repairs in customers' home
• Use our user-friendly engineer software to manage your day efficiently
• Maintain Pacifica's high standards with a professional and courteous attitude
  
  

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience diagnosing and repairing white goods
• Confident repairing at least 4 of the following appliances: washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration units, tumble dryers, or electric ovens
• Previous field-based experience essential
• Full UK manual driving licence (maximum 6 points)
