Location: Colchester & Surrounding Areas

Salary: £27,000-£36,000 Basic + Uncapped Bonus | OTE up to £50,000

Are you an experienced White Goods Engineer or Domestic Appliance Repair Technician looking for a new role with excellent earning potential, pre-planned jobs, and industry-leading support?

What You'll Be Doing

• Field-based repairs of domestic appliances in homes across Colchester and nearby areas
• Fault diagnosis and repair of at least 4 of the following: washing machines, dishwashers, fridges/freezers, tumble dryers, or electric cookers
• Use our user-friendly engineer software to manage your day efficiently
• Deliver a professional, friendly service that reflects Pacifica's customer-first values

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years' experience in appliance repair / white goods servicing
• Competent in repairing at least 4 core appliances
• Field-based service experience is essential
• Strong fault-finding skills and a professional, customer-focused attitude
• Full UK Manual Driving Licence (max 6 points)

What You'll Get

• Basic Salary: £27,000 - £36,000 (based on experience & skillset)
• Bonus Scheme: Uncapped - up to £50,000 OTE
• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, approx. 9am-5pm, with pre-planned routes
• Sign-On Bonus: Available for the right candidate
