£28,000 – £35,000 + 10% Bonus
40 hours per week (Overtime available at time and a half)

The RoleWe’re looking for an experienced Domestic Appliance Engineer to service and repair a variety of household appliances, including washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwashers, refrigeration units, and cookers.
This is a field-based role, delivering exceptional service directly to customers, ensuring first-time fixes, and maintaining high service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair multi-brand domestic appliances efficiently.
  • Provide exceptional customer service in a home environment.
  • Meet realistic performance targets for job completion and first-visit repairs.

Requirements:

  • Experience as a Domestic Appliance Engineer or White Goods Engineer.
  • CCN1/CKR1 Gas qualifications (preferred but not essential).
  • Refrigeration certifications (R600a/F-Gas) are a plus.
  • A full UK driving license.
