Job summary

The Ian Black Appliances & Kitchens team is seeking an experienced White Goods/Domestic Appliance Engineer to diagnose, repair, service and install domestic appliances in customers' homes. You will represent the company professionally and deliver high standards of customer care on every visit.

A full UK driving license is essential, and proven experience in appliance repair is required. Qualifications are desirable but experience matters most.

• Diagnose and repair domestic appliances/white goods.
• Identify faults accurately and complete repairs efficiently.
• Carry out free-standing and built-in appliance installations.

• Ensure all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
• Maintain company tools, equipment and van.
• Provide excellent customer service on every visit.
