Job summary

Qualifications

• Diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of domestic appliances in customer homes.
• Service washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration appliances, ovens and other household appliances.
• Identify faults, order and fit replacement parts, and test repairs to a high standard.
• Complete service reports and update job information using company systems.
• Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining faults, repairs and recommendations clearly.
• Work closely with the office team to manage schedules, parts and customer appointments.
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards and industry regulations.

White Goods Engineer– The Role

• Travel to customer homes to diagnose, repair and maintain a wide range of domestic appliances
• Service washing machines, dishwashers, refrigeration appliances, ovens and other household appliances
• Identify faults, order and fit replacement parts, and carry out testing to ensure repairs are completed to a high standard
• Complete service reports and update job information using company systems
• Deliver outstanding customer service by explaining faults, repairs and recommendations clearly
• Work closely with the office team to manage schedules, parts and customer appointments
• Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company standards and industry regulations

White Goods Engineer– The Fit

• Previous experience as a White Goods Engineer or similar field service engineer
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills across domestic appliances
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Able to work independently and manage a busy workload
• Basic IT skills to complete electronic job sheets and service reports
• Full UK driving licence
• Relevant electrical, mechanical or appliance servicing qualifications would be advantageous
