Position Overview

As a White Collar Crime Associate/Senior Associate, you will work closely with a team of top-ranked specialists on a broad range of sensitive and high-stakes matters. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a supportive, collaborative environment where junior lawyers are given early exposure to substantive client work and can take on meaningful responsibility from the outset.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on complex white collar crime and regulatory matters
• Conduct legal research and draft legal documents, including witness statements and legal opinions
• Assist in the preparation of cases for trial and represent clients in court proceedings
• Liaise with clients, counsel and other stakeholders to ensure effective case management
• Contribute to business development initiatives and help maintain client relationships

Requirements

• Qualified as a Solicitor in England & Wales
• 3-8 years' PQE in handling business crime, white collar crime and/or civil fraud caseloads
• Genuine interest in criminal defence and regulatory matters
• Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team and manage multiple priorities
