The Role:
The firm seeks a White Collar Partner to join their London office. White Collar / Business Crime is a core practice area with a vibrant team of 10. You will work with other partners to develop this department, oversee junior staff, and lead growth efforts.
Initially handled within the wider litigation team, White Collar cases will be separated into a dedicated department under your leadership. You will manage a varied caseload involving high-profile cases, often with an international element, representing individuals and businesses in investigations by agencies such as SFO, FCA, NCA, HMRC, NHS, Military investigations, and CPS.
