We are looking for a Wheelie Bin Operative to join us on site in Fawley, Southampton.

The role

Main purpose of job:

To be responsible for offloading, processing, marshalling and washing of wheelie bins as part of a 24/7 shift team.

Duties/Responsibilities:

• To report all near misses/incidents and accidents without exception.
• To maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
• To perform all duties in accordance with documented work requirements/procedures, legislation and the company’s policies and objectives, maintaining and improving performance in the areas of Safety, Quality and Environment.
• Undertake daily checks on the system as specified on the daily jobs register.
• To be responsible for ensuring that appropriate repair and maintenance requirements are identified and reported.
