You could be a permanent, temp, or contract recruiter, and key for this role is that you have a network to leverage from and can show consistent billings!

The Role

• You will work in a 360 role in your specialist area of recruitment
• This could be a permanent, contract, or temp desk
• You'll build your own desk, with full autonomy, and use your existing network
• Business development, candidate sourcing, and account management will all be pivotal

About You

• You must have at least 3-4 years of current 360 recruitment experience
• Billing at the level of £150,000+ per year as a minimum
• Have your own network to work with from day one
• Mature, trustworthy, and able to work without strict KPIs
