Example Recruitment Group is recruiting an experienced Wet Works Engineer for a long-term social housing contract in Brighton & Hove. Role involves radiator replacements and heating system installations across a compact patch with consistent workload.

Qualifications

• 18+ months of wet works experience
• Experience carrying out radiator replacements and heating system installation
• Good plumbing and central heating knowledge
• Own a large panel van with bulkhead for transporting radiators
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• High standard of workmanship and commitment to safety
• DBS check to be completed at onboarding
• Able to commit to a minimum of 3 days per week

Responsibilities

• Carry out radiator replacements within domestic social housing properties
• Install heating systems and perform wet works plumbing
• Work across a condensed patch in the Brighton & Hove area
• Maintain a consistent backlog of work and good access with customers
• Ensure high workmanship standards and safety compliance
