Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in North West London is seeking an experienced Wet multi trade operative to join our Reactive Maintenance team. You will perform plastering, small painting works, tiling repairs and damp repair on residential properties, delivering quality workmanship.

We offer a CIS hourly rate of £22, a company van and a fuel card. Candidates should have CSCS Blue, City & Guilds Level 2 or NVQ Level 2, good social skills and a full UK driving licence.

• Experience in residential properties is required.
• Good social skills are essential.
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Valid UK driving licence is required.
