Job Description

Are you interested in entering the paint spraying industry? Are you seeking a company that offers training and long-term career progression?

Our client is looking for a trainee wet paint sprayer and general assistant to join their team.

You will support experienced paint sprayers with various tasks, including some bulk jobs and one-off projects.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

1. Prepping products prior to painting
2. Masking and taping objects to be painted
3. Learning to spray with different materials such as primer, solid colors, metallic finishes, and soft finishes
4. Performing quality checks to ensure a perfect finish
5. General warehouse duties such as lifting, shifting, cleaning, storage, and distribution

Contract Type: Temporary

Hourly Rate: In return for your hard work, you will earn an hourly rate of NLW + £0.75 per hour (age 18-20, £10.75/hr; age 21 and over, £12.96/hr)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 07:30-15:30. Overtime may be available occasionally, and flexibility to work overtime is expected to complete jobs.
