Job summary

Build Recruitment Limited in Croydon is seeking an experienced Wet Multi Trader to join a Reactive Maintenance team in occupied social housing properties around Croydon. The role focuses on plastering, tiling repairs and painting, plus a range of general maintenance, ensuring high standards and safety.

Requirements: NVQ Level 2, strong wet trade and multi-trade skills, and a full UK driving licence. We offer £22 per hour, a company van and fuel card, and ongoing, full-time work.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 in a relevant trade (essential).
• Strong wet trade and multi-trade skills.
• Full UK driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive maintenance and repair works in occupied social housing properties.
• Complete painting, tiling, patch repairs, and other wet trade works to a high standard.
• Undertake additional multi-trade repairs where required.
• Deliver excellent customer service while working in tenants' homes.
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and in line with company standards.
