Job summary

Catch22 is seeking an experienced Career Coach to support Care Experienced Young People (CEYP) aged 16–30. You will work in Westminster and surrounding London boroughs, delivering a targeted employability contract, mentoring in the community, and guiding participants toward sustainable employment or education and training.

You will deliver high-quality information, advice and guidance, create CVs and applications, and foster progress through local partnerships with providers and employers.

Qualifications

• Coaching/mentoring experience in employability or related field.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a range of supportive interventions to help Care Experienced Young People (CEYP) 16–30 years achieve sustainable employment.
• Engage participants and attach them to employability programmes/interventions.
• Provide high-quality end-to-end Information, Advice and Guidance to participants on our programmes.
• Coach participants one-to-one and in groups using the Catch22 Employability Methodology.
• Prepare CVs, cover letters and job/apprenticeship applications for participants.
• Place participants from diverse groups into career-focused opportunities.
• Deliver In-Work Support to sustain participants for at least six months.
