Job summary

Qualifications

• Level 3 EYFS Childcare Qualification or above.
• Experience as a Level 3 Nursery Practitioner or in a similar role.
• Strong EYFS knowledge.
• Enhanced DBS Certificate with the Update Service.
• Right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Support children's learning and development in line with the EYFS framework and individual learning needs.
• Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate activities that encourage children's curiosity, communication and independence.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with children, parents and colleagues.
• Observe, assess and record children's progress, contributing to their individual learning and development.
• Maintain a safe, stimulating and inclusive nursery environment that promotes positive behaviour and wellbeing.
• Work collaboratively with the wider nursery team to provide consistently high standards of care, education and safeguarding.
