JMC Legal Recruitment is helping a prestigious West End firm to appoint a Corporate Partner. You'll join an established practice with a strong referral network and a robust client base, focusing on high-end M&A, corporate advisory and cross-border matters.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor with significant experience in corporate and commercial law.
• Currently operating at Partner level, or a Legal Director seeking a first partnership opportunity.
• Strong experience advising entrepreneurs, owner-managed businesses, family businesses and corporate clients.
• Track record across M&A, investments, shareholder arrangements and wider corporate advisory work.
• Commercially minded with excellent relationship management skills.
• Collaborative approach and desire to be part of a close-knit partnership.

Responsabilités

• Advise entrepreneurs, family businesses, international clients and corporates on transactional and advisory matters.
• Lead mergers and acquisitions, investments, shareholder arrangements and cross-border projects.
• Develop relationships and leverage the firm's referral network.
• Contribute to strategic growth and expansion of the corporate practice.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver integrated advice.
