Job summary

Wolseley in West Bromwich is seeking a General Manager to lead our branch team and drive sales performance across the Pipe & Climate Centre. You’ll oversee all branch operations, ensure health and safety compliance, and foster outstanding customer service while building strong relationships with suppliers and customers.

The role is full-time, 40 hours per week, with a competitive salary plus a £5,500 car allowance and bonus potential.

• Background in the trade, pipe & climate, plumbing & heating, or distribution
