No previous experience or qualifications are required—just a love for helping others! We collaborate with our client schools to provide high-quality training and paid on-the-job experience.

About The Role

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will support children in the classroom under the direction of the class teacher. Responsibilities may include running small group interventions or working 1:1 with children to meet their needs. After a successful interview and checks, we will secure you a paid placement to develop your skills and help you choose your specialist area such as EYFS, KS1, KS2, secondary, or SEND provision.
