Job summary

TeacherActive is seeking a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant in Caldicot for a full-time, long-term post starting ASAP. You will support children in the Early Years, using Welsh language skills to create an engaging learning environment and help pupils progress in their development.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in Welsh, experienced with young children in educational settings, and possess strong communication and teamwork skills, with a patient and caring approach to learning.

TeacherActive is proud to be working with a primary school in Caldicot that is looking to appoint a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant within its Early Years provision. The school is seeking a positive and supportive individual who can use their Welsh language skills to help create an engaging learning environment for young children.

The school is looking to take on a Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant on a full-time, long-term basis starting ASAP. The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will support children throughout the Early Years, assisting with classroom activities, encouraging engagement and providing general support to help pupils progress with their learning and development.

The successful Welsh Speaking Teaching Assistant will have:

• The ability to speak Welsh fluently
• Experience working with children in an educational or Early Years setting
