The Primary Care Team in Flintshire, part of the Tier 1 Primary Care Mental Health Community Service, is undergoing transformation. Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board invites enthusiastic, compassionate qualified practitioners to join the team delivering short-term, evidenced-based assessments and interventions.

You will work within a multidisciplinary team and collaborate with third sector services, providing supervision and support to junior staff.

Responsibilities

• Undertake detailed assessments and hold a caseload for 6 to 10 weeks.
• Provide short term evidenced based interventions.
• Collaborate with third sector services and refer people onto community services.
• Provide supervision, guidance and support to junior staff.
