Welsh Speaking Primary and Secondary Teachers - South and West Wales

Equal Education Partners is seeking dedicated and passionate Welsh-speaking Primary and Secondary School Supply Teachers to join our team. We work closely with primary schools across South West Wales, providing flexible teaching placements to meet diverse needs.

As a supply teacher, you'll have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' learning experiences in various educational settings. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering engaging lessons across the Foundation Phase, KS3, KS4, and KS5, aligned with the national curriculum
• Managing classroom behavior and creating a supportive and positive learning environment
• Planning lessons as needed and ensuring continuity of learning
• Building relationships with students and promoting their academic and personal development

Requirements

To be considered for the Primary and Secondary School Supply Teacher roles, you should meet the following criteria:

• Hold a valid Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have the right to work in the UK
• Possess a recent DBS check or be willing to obtain one
• Be registered with the Education Workforce Council (EWC) in Wales or willing to register
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills and the ability to adapt to different classroom environments
