DASU North Wales is recruiting an Independent Domestic Violence Advisor (IDVA) to support survivors across Gwynedd and Anglesey.

Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload.

Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality support and advocacy to survivors of domestic violence.
  • Conduct comprehensive risk assessments and develop individualised safety plans.
  • Liaise with other agencies to coordinate support services.
  • Offer emotional support and practical advice to empower survivors.
  • Attend multi-agency meetings and contribute to case management.
