Overview

Vetro Recruitment is seeking Welsh-speaking Cover Supervisors to support classroom learning in Llanelli schools. This role involves supervising pupils, maintaining a positive learning environment, and following school policies.

Responsibilities

• Supervising pupils during lessons, managing behaviour effectively to ensure students remain on task and engaged with the pre-set work.
• Employing strong classroom management techniques to maintain a calm and focused atmosphere.
• Fostering a positive and respectful learning environment.
• Assisting pupils with their work and answering questions where appropriate, without acting as a subject teacher.
• Following school policies and procedures to ensure the well-being and safety of all students.
• Providing feedback on classroom activities to the regular class teacher.

Details & Benefits

• Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 3:30 pm (flexible depending on school needs)
• Pay Rate: £110 per day
• Location: Llanelli
