Job summary

Salford City College Group is seeking a passionate #WELLSTUDENT Coach to enhance the learner experience and student wellbeing. You will be visible on campus, provide practical support, run enrichment activities, and help identify safeguarding and welfare concerns early.

The successful candidate will be energetic, student-focused, and committed to promoting student voice to improve the college experience and the #WELLSTUDENT strategy across campuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in student support or coaching is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and safeguarding awareness.
• Commitment to inclusive education and student wellbeing.

Responsibilities

• Provide practical wellbeing support and enrichment activities on campus.
• Identify safeguarding and welfare concerns early and report appropriately.
• Promote student voice and contribute to the #WELLSTUDENT strategy.

As a #WELLSTUDENT Coach, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the learner experience and improving achievement across the college. You will be a proactive and will maintain a visible presence on campus, providing practical support, innovative enrichment activities, and early identification of safeguarding and welfare concerns. The successful candidates will be forward thinking, energetic and passionate about student wellbeing and success and will be ready to champion and promote student voice to shape and develop the student experience and #WELLSTUDENT strategy.
