Overview

As a Wellness Host, you'll be the welcoming face of our wellness space, guiding colleagues through our digital wellness ecosystem and ensuring they have a positive and safe experience. You'll play a key role in maintaining the facility's standards, supporting users with technical queries, and promoting wellness offerings across the site.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for digital wellness solutions and gym equipment
  • Manage CRM software for memberships, bookings, and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional welcome experiences in-person and via digital channels
  • Promote wellness offerings through walkarounds, engagement, and social media
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable wellness space including changing rooms, lockers, and studios
  • Log helpdesk tickets and liaise with service partners as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to external providers and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications
  • Experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organisational skills and familiarity with digital systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced)
  • Confidence using digital fitness solutions and CRM platforms
  • First aid certification (training provided if needed)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
  • Passion for health, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
