ISSWellness Host
Contract: Barclays
Location: London, E14 5HP
Hours of work: 40
Contract Type: Permanent

Are you passionate about health and wellbeing? Do you thrive in customer-facing environments and enjoy helping others get the most out of their wellness journey? We are looking for a friendly, proactive, and tech-savvy Wellness Host to join our team and support colleagues in making the most of our fitness and wellness facilities.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact within the fitness and wellness facility
  • Provide technical support for digital wellness solutions and gym equipment
  • Manage CRM software for memberships, bookings, and procedures
  • Deliver exceptional welcome experiences in-person and via digital channels
  • Promote wellness offerings through walkarounds, engagement, and social media
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and presentable wellness space including changing rooms, lockers, and studios
  • Log helpdesk tickets and liaise with service partners as needed
  • Assist with administrative tasks related to external providers and daily operations
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience in a high-end, customer-facing environment
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Organisational skills and familiarity with digital systems
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (intermediate/advanced level)
  • Confidence using digital fitness solutions and CRM platforms
  • First aid certification (training provided if needed)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 kg safely
  • Self-motivated, team-oriented, and adaptable under pressure
  • Passion for health, wellbeing, and continuous improvement
