Job summary

Zachary Daniels is recruiting a Community Manager for a Wellness brand based in Lancashire. The role focuses on building genuine relationships with daily interactions across platforms and turning conversations into actionable insights. The role combines community engagement with ambassador programmes and brand loyalty initiatives.

You will collaborate with Marketing, Content and Product teams to grow an engaged community and shape the brand’s voice online.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years’ experience in Community Management, Social Media Management or related roles.
• Proven track record building and managing an engaged online community.
• Experience developing ambassador, loyalty or influencer communities.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day community management across social channels with warm, authentic tone.
• Build relationships with members and create a sense of belonging around the brand.
• Recognise regular contributors and nurture highly engaged customers.
• Lead community initiatives: live sessions, Q&A, challenges and seasonal campaigns.
• Support ambassador programmes and nurture long-term relationships.
• Monitor sentiment across platforms and identify trends and opportunities.
• Produce regular community insight reports for the business.
• Work with Content Strategist to inform editorial calendars.
