Job summary

The Club Company is seeking an enthusiastic Wellness Coach to join our premium UK clubs. You will coach members on weight management, fitness, stress and work-life balance, deliver wellness inductions, and fit tailored programmes to individual goals and lifestyles.

You will monitor progress, nurture relationships, and drive member engagement while offering additional Personal Training and services within a tiered earning structure. A strong support system and development path are in place.

Qualifications

CIMSPA Level 3 Personal Training qualification is required.
Level 2 NVQ Diploma in Instructing Exercise & Fitness is required.
CPR, First Aid or AED certification is required.

Responsibilities

Provide personalised coaching on health and wellness topics.
Deliver wellness inductions and tailor exercise programmes.
Monitor progress and support lasting behavioural changes.
Deliver high-quality Personal Training sessions when available.
Upsell services and help retain memberships.
Maintain a safe, hygienic gym environment and comply with health and safety rules.
