Job summary

Farm Girl in London is seeking a friendly Waiter/Waitress to deliver warm, attentive service in a wellness-focused cafe. You’ll engage guests, share menu knowledge, and ensure a smooth guest journey from arrival to departure.

Experience in high-volume hospitality, excellent English communication, and a passion for food and wellness are key. You’ll work with a supportive front-of-house team, upholding cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of front-of-house experience.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Passion for food, drink and wellness.
• Experience in high-volume environments preferred.
• Excellent spoken and written English communication.
• Knowledge of allergens is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver warm, attentive, knowledgeable service to every guest.
• Take orders accurately and serve promptly while managing your section.
• Develop menu knowledge including ingredients and allergens.
• Proactively upsell dishes and drinks to enhance the guest experience.
• Collaborate with front-of-house and kitchen teams for smooth service.
• Maintain cleanliness and high hygiene standards on the floor.
• Adhere to health & safety protocols and allergen procedures.
• Keep stations stocked and report equipment issues promptly.
• Be aware of service flow and support the wider team during peak times.
