A leading education provider in London is seeking a Wellbeing and Support Officer to support the success and wellbeing of students. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in a similar role, and knowledge of safeguarding practices. This full-time position offers a salary between £26,550 and £29,500 per annum along with various benefits that prioritize growth and wellbeing.

About the role
The Wellbeing and Support Officer will support, safeguard, enable, and champion the success of all students by providing front-line and responsive advice, guidance, and referral to other services within and beyond the Student Services Team.
This role’s purpose is to ensure all students across the EFI Group, including the most vulnerable, make excellent progress both academically and with their social and emotional development. This post is part of the wellbeing team and the wider safeguarding team, they will be first aid trained, DDSL trained, and be prepared for receiving and managing disclosures in line with the EFI Safeguarding Policy.
