Job summary

West Sussex is seeking a Casual Spa Therapist to join our local wellbeing team. If you are passionate about helping guests feel their best, you will deliver restorative spa experiences with premium treatments and products in a calm, guest-centred environment.

You will hold an NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy, have salon or spa experience, and be confident about retail targets and recommending services. The role offers competitive pay (£12.21 per hour, plus holiday allowance) and a supportive team.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy (essential).
• Proven experience in a salon or spa environment.
• Confidence working to retail targets and making decisions.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships for repeat business.
