Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative support and reception duties.
• Ability to manage inquiries and direct to appropriate wellbeing services.
• Competence in maintaining appointment queues and basic minute taking.

Responsibilities

• Provide in-person reception cover for wellbeing services at Streatham and St Luke's campuses.
• Resolve queries, book appointments and signpost students to wellbeing services.
• Lead in administrative areas such as enquiries, waiting lists, minuting meetings and mailbox enquiries.
