Nurse Seekers is recruiting a Health & Wellbeing Screening Nurse for a client in Pulborough, West Sussex. You will conduct health assessments, review medical histories and interpret screening results to support preventative care.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with a valid NMC registration.
• Experience in health and wellbeing screening and phlebotomy.
• Ability to interpret ECGs and blood test results with clinical judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and health and wellbeing screenings.
• Review clients' medical histories and current health status.
• Interpret screening results, including blood test results and ECGs.
• Prepare detailed results booklets and personalised health plans.
• Provide appropriate advice and guidance to clients, supporting lifestyle changes.
• Identify potential health concerns and recommend follow-up actions.
