Job summary

Leaders in Care is recruiting a Screening Nurse for a brand-new clinic in Godalming, Surrey. The role offers Monday–Friday work with a guaranteed salary increase after 6 months and the chance to help shape care delivery from day one.

You will conduct health and wellbeing assessments, perform venepuncture and ECGs, review medical histories, and provide personalised advice to support patients in improving long-term wellbeing and prevention.

Qualifications

• Active NMC registration as a nurse.
• Experience with venepuncture and ECGs.
• Experience in Practice Nursing or Health Screening.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out comprehensive health and wellbeing assessments.
• Performing venepuncture and ECGs as part of routine health screening.
• Reviewing medical histories and interpreting blood test results and ECG findings.
• Providing personalised health advice and lifestyle recommendations.
• Preparing detailed screening reports and recommending appropriate follow-up care.
• Contributing ideas and supporting the development of clinical processes as the new clinic establishes itself.
• Helping create a positive, welcoming experience for every client.
