The Eresby School, Spilsby is seeking a Pastoral & Safeguarding Support Officer to promote pupil safety, wellbeing and emotional development across the school. The post is 30 hours per week during term time and is a permanent role, with responsibilities spanning safeguarding, records, and collaborative work with staff and families.

Full training is available, including Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead development, and the role offers access to Local Government Pension Scheme and other staff

Qualificações

• Experience delivering pastoral support to pupils with complex needs.
• Knowledge of safeguarding procedures and inter-agency working.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential records.
• Willingness to undertake Deputy Designated Safeguarding Lead training.

Responsabilidades

• Promote safety, wellbeing and emotional development across the school.
• Provide high-quality pastoral support to pupils and families.
• Support safeguarding processes and act as safeguarding deputy if required.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and contribute to CPOMS updates.
• Collaborate with teaching staff and multidisciplinary teams.
