Youth Connect South West in Bath is seeking a Wellbeing Practitioner to support young people aged 16-19 (up to 25 with an EHCP) in post-16 Alternative Education programmes, providing early intervention, emotional wellbeing support and practical guidance.
You will work one-to-one and in groups, collaborate with education staff, and help young people overcome barriers to education, build resilience and progress to employment or further study.
