Personal Trainer

Nuffield Health Chigwell FWC | Fitness | Permanent contract | Part Time

Salary: From £30,085.12 up to £43,401.28 OTE depending on experience

As a Personal Trainer at our gym, you should be confident, outgoing, and approachable. Whether experienced or newly qualified, you must have achieved REPs Level 3 or CIMSPA Practitioner (or above). Excellent communication skills are essential for listening, understanding, and explaining.

This is a part-time role for 16 hours per week, covering gym floor hours to support your growth in personal training hours.

As a Personal Trainer, you will:

2. Connect with and motivate members to reach their fitness goals and maintain a healthier lifestyle.
3. Deliver a variety of sessions and consultations confidently.
4. Conduct high-quality inductions, personal best programmes, group and personal training sessions, and general gym duties.
5. Enjoy clear career progression with opportunities to advance into roles such as Wellbeing Lead and management.
6. Explore further training through our in-house Personal Best programme, including upskilling to Les Mills instructor and group cycle, plus additional CPD opportunities.

Your earnings will increase as you build your PT client base and improve your earning potential.

PT sessions are on a sliding scale; the more sessions you deliver, the higher your take-home pay.

Qualifications required: All candidates must be qualified Level 3 Personal Trainers and hold a current CIMSPA membership at the Personal Trainer Practitioner level. Failure to provide proof will prevent your application from progressing, and employment cannot be offered until requirements are met.
