We are now looking for a passionate and experienced Wellbeing Lead to join our Occupational Health and Wellbeing service, a key role in shaping and delivering Trust-wide initiatives that support our staff to thrive.
This is an exciting time to join us as we enhance our approach to proactive wellbeing, building on the NHS Health and Wellbeing Framework, NHS People Plan, and the Trust's strategic workforce priorities.
We are looking for a strategic thinker with strong communication skills, capable of engaging managers and leaders, staff networks, and frontline teams alike. You'll work collaboratively across the Trust and with wider system partners to build a culture where wellbeing is everyone's business underpinned by data, co-production, and compassion.

You will lead on the development, coordination, and evaluation of evidence-based health and wellbeing interventions as we transition into new ways of working and aligning a growing team with the trusts 5 care groups. Workstreams include, physical health, mental health support, women's health, health inequalities.
