Overview

We are seeking talented and caring individuals looking to begin or continue their career in Social Care with us, making a difference to the lives of our residents at Renaissance Care.

We are seeking an experienced Wellbeing Lead (Activities Co-ordinator) to join our team in Letham Park Care Home. 30 and 33 hours available.

Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities as the wellbeing lead in one of our homes will be to work alongside staff, residents & relatives to identify what is important to residents, and support them to have purpose & meaning in their life. You will design activity on a personalised basis to improve individual wellbeing of residents, and support staff in developing and maintaining these activities. You will offer a variety of both group & individual sessions, to ensure no-one is excluded.

Requirements

An essential aspect of the role is upholding the values of People, Friendly, Passionate and Inclusion. To be successful in this role you will have experience in a care environment and preferably have experience within an organisational role and managing finances. You are compassionate and committed to providing high quality care to our residents. You can work autonomously as well as part of a dedicated multi-disciplinary team.
