As the Wellbeing and Fitness Manager, you will play a key role within the Champneys family and will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the fitness department and club facilities, with a personal interest in all club members and residential guests.
You will provide effective management of the wellbeing & fitness team to ensure all training is relevant and up to date, enabling our team to deliver the best possible service to our guests and club members.
You should have significant previous management experience in the fitness and wellbeing industry, providing high-quality customer service. You will hold an equivalent of a REPS 3 gym instructor qualification, plus at least one of the following: Group Exercise related qualifications, Personal Training Award, or Sports/Fitness related Degree.
