Pay Rate: £12.87 per hour

Hours: 18 hours per week

Are you friendly, compassionate, and creative? As a Wellbeing Coordinator, you’ll play a vital role in the lives of our residents, helping to make every day meaningful and joyful. Ideally, we are looking for someone to have care experience, but we know people from other walks of life can become the very best in this type of role - so whether you’ve done this before or are just starting out, we’ll be with you every step of the way with all the training and support you need.

What You’ll Do

At Briardene, resident wellbeing is at the heart of everything we do. We believe it’s everyone’s responsibility to create a happy, active and fulfilling environment for our residents. You’ll work alongside an incredible team who share your passion for making life special for the people in our care.

In this role, no two days are the same! You will:

  • Get to know each resident personally, building their life stories into meaningful activities.
  • Plan and deliver a fun and varied calendar of group activities, one-to-one moments, and special events.
  • Motivate and encourage residents to join in with activities that enhance social, emotional, and physical wellbeing.
  • Support residents to maintain strong connections with family, friends, and the local community.
  • Capture the magic by snapping photos of events for newsletters and social media.
