The Role

Job Title: Wellbeing Coach (FTC Maternity Cover until June 2026)

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our brilliant team. If you are self-motivated and enjoy a challenge where no two days are the same, then this role is for you!

As a Wellbeing Coach, you will be working in the community providing coaching and recovery guidance to individuals and their families receiving mental health services to improve mental health, develop self-care skills, build resilience and better utilise community resources. You will work closely with our partners in a multi-agency approach to reach positive outcomes for individuals.

You will be part of the VCSE (voluntary, community and social enterprise) workforce embedded within the Living Well team for the Living Well Derbyshire Service.

We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude, who is willing to go the extra mile and be able to think outside the box. You will ensure that all paperwork is accurately recorded and up to date. You must be able make decisions with the sole purpose of supporting the people we work alongside to achieve their goals to create positive outcomes.
