Qualifications

  • 3 years+ experience of working within health/wellbeing.

We are looking for a Wellbeing Business Partner to join our HR team at F1. In this role you will lead the development and operational delivery of our employee wellbeing agenda. You will collaborate with leaders across departments to ensure our people are supported physically, mentally and financially. this is a unique opportunity to embed wellbeing into the DNA of F1.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Providing subject matter expertise to assist in the design, delivery and evolution of F1s employee wellbeing strategy aligned to business goals and workforce needs
  • Champion a proactive, preventative wellbeing culture across all areas of the organisation.
  • creating policies that support our mission to create and maintain a healthy workforce
  • Manage the internal wellness centre and its day to day operations, including medical services provisions, Occupational Health services, active social clubs and more
  • Oversee the proactive on track wellness providers, their purpose, their calenders and their on going growing support to our travelling cohort.
  • Create specific wellness programmes that meet the challenges we are aware of through our data and that of our external PMI providers
  • Use data (e.g., surveys, absence trends, feedback) to assess wellbeing needs and measure program effectiveness.
  • Work with the broader HR team to Integrate wellbeing into leadership development, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Build partnerships with company health screen providers, occupational health providers, EAP providers, insurers, mental health professionals, and other external partners.
  • Curate and communicate well-being resources for employees
  • Provide regular reports and insights to CPO and Head of HR and influence decisions with evidence-based recommendations.
  • Lead on global and local wellbeing campaigns (e.g., mental health awareness week, sleep initiatives, nutrition, movement challenges).
  • Coordinate workshops, speaker events, and wellness activities throughout the F1 calendar year.

About You

  • 3 years+ experience of working within health/wellbeing
  • Qualification in wellbeing or CIPD with experience in the area of wellbeing
  • Supported/led on implementing a wellbeing strategy in a multi site business
  • Ability to build good working relationships
  • High level of integrity and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Good organisational skills with demonstrated ability to meet deadlines
  • Project management skills
