Job summary

St Mary’s Care Group—Lincoln Manor in Lincoln is seeking a warm Wellbeing Assistant to enrich residents’ daily lives through tailored activities and social events.

You’ll work part-time (32 hours per week) including occasional evenings and weekends, joining a caring team focused on dignity, wellbeing and meaningful daily life for residents.

Qualifications

• Warm, approachable, and positive
• Organised, reliable, and confident in planning events
• Creative and enthusiastic, able to motivate others
• Passionate about improving the lives of older people
• Able to work some evenings and weekends
• Experience in care/activities is a bonus, but values matter

Responsibilities

• Planning and delivering engaging activities tailored to individual interests and abilities
• Creating a warm, inclusive, and social environment for all
• Supporting residents in maintaining existing hobbies and discovering new ones
• Organising social events, seasonal celebrations, and community involvement
• Coordinating outings and excursions to promote wellbeing and variety
• Working closely with care staff and families to support holistic wellbeing
• Recording participation and feedback to ensure meaningful engagement

What You’ll Be Doing
