Job description

Wellbeing and Nutrition Consultant - KTP Associate, Reading

This position is based at Nirvana Spa, Mole Road, Sindlesham, Wokingham, Berkshire, with some work at the University of Reading. It involves developing wellness packages combining spa therapies, nutritional guidance, and educational programs grounded in scientific research.

The role includes designing wellness programs, conducting effectiveness studies, and integrating behavioural change and nutritional science into business practices. The associate will work closely with academic and spa teams, becoming a subject matter expert in health psychology and food science within a spa setting.

Applicants should hold a good Masters degree or higher, or equivalent experience, with skills in research, wellness package design, nutrition (especially polyphenols), statistical analysis, and advanced Excel. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are essential.

The position offers a 36-month fixed-term contract, a training budget of £6,000, and benefits including generous leave and support for diversity and inclusion. Interviews are scheduled for 26 June 2025.
