Netley Court is a purpose-built 65-bedded residential care home located in the heart of the village of Netley Abbey, caring for residents with dementia and residential needs.

We are seeking a Wellbeing and Lifestyle Coordinator to work on an 'as and when' basis, covering annual leave and ad hoc sickness. Rota planning is done in advance, so you will be notified of your schedule.

The role involves coordinating activities and volunteer programs within the home, including internal and external communication about these programs. The aim is to introduce activities that support independence and help residents integrate into the community.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Organise and conduct activities that promote social, mental, and physical stimulation for residents.
  2. Develop a monthly activities program in consultation with the General Manager.
  3. Encourage residents and staff to participate in activities.
  4. Maintain posters and notice boards within the home.
